Invest Miljø A/S acquires Roulunds Tech A/S and its subsidiaries.
2003
A/S Roulunds Fabriker is restructured into three new legal entities; Roulunds Rubber A/S, Roulunds Tech A/S and Codan Gummi A/S.
Sale of the Roulunds Braking Group completed.
1999
Hanchang Chemical Ltd., Korea was acquired and renamed Roulunds KoreaLtd. Today the company name has changed to Roulunds Rubber Korea Ltd.
1998
Take over of Codan Gummi A/S, a major Danish manufacturer of hose systems, moulded products and rubber profiles.
1996
SHANGHAI Roulunds Rubber Products Company Ltd. in China was
acquired.
1993
TIC Roulunds (Italia) S.p.A. in Italy was acquired. Hilton Roulunds Ltd. was established in India as a joint venture.
Today a wholly owned company with the name ContiTech India Private Ltd.
1984
Poly-V belts were introduced in order to complete the automotive belt drive programme.
1967
The first major OE contract on fan belts was signed by Ford of Europe.
1961
A/S Roulunds Fabriker became a member of the A. P. Moller Group.
1933
The first rubber transmission V-belts were marketed.
1903
Transformed into A/S Roulunds Fabriker, a private limited company.
1872
The production of power transmission belts started.
1736
On November 7th the company was founded as a ropewalk by Mr. L.S. Winther.
